Privacy notice
This site collects very little. This page says exactly what, why, and how to have it removed.
Who is responsible
Vinayak Bhardwaj, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, runs this website and decides how the information below is used. Contact: bhardwajvinayak1947@gmail.com.
The contact form
If you send an enquiry, you give your name, email address, organisation (optional), topic and message. This is used only to read and reply to your enquiry, and to follow up on the project you ask about.
The form is delivered by a service called Web3Forms, which passes the message to my email inbox. It is stored there, in my email account. I do not add enquiries to mailing lists and I do not sell or share them.
Visitor statistics
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and measure page speed. It does not use cookies, does not follow you across other websites and does not identify you personally. It records things like which page was viewed, the country, the type of device and browser, and how fast the page loaded. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, it is switched off.
Cookies and stored settings
This site sets no cookies. If you turn on the page sounds, your choice is saved as a small setting in your own browser so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Other services on the site
Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations.
YouTube. Video players load only after you press play, and use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Once a video plays, Google's own policies apply to that viewing.
Links. The WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and email links leave this site. Their owners' policies apply once you follow them.
Fonts and images are hosted on this site itself, so no font service is contacted when you visit.
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email me and I will reply within one working day and act on your request. If you are not satisfied, you can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia.
How long enquiries are kept
Only as long as needed to answer you and to deal with any work that follows. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.
Changes
If this site starts collecting anything new, this page is updated first and the date at the top changes.
